- 3 eggs
- 200g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanillin
- 60g powdered sugar
- 60g cold butter
- 400g sour cream
- 200g yogurt
- 150g sugar (divided into two parts)
- 30g starch
- Pinch of salt

- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20cm cake mold with baking paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, vanillin, and powdered sugar.
- Add the cold butter to the flour mixture and crumble it with your hands until well combined.
- Separate the eggs, putting the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another.
- Add the egg yolks to the flour mixture and knead the dough until smooth.
- Place 1/3 of the dough in the fridge for later use.
- Spread the remaining dough evenly in the prepared cake mold.
