  • 3g (4 pinches) of salt
  • 5g (1.5 tsp) baking powder
  • 250ml milk
  • 140g mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 30g Parmesan cheese, grated

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). If you’re using a mold, grease it lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
