Ingredients:
- 180g spaghetti
- 250g ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt, 2.5g (1% of the amount of meat)
- 200cc salted tomato juice
- 500cc water
- 1 beef consommé cube
- 100g onion, finely chopped
- 20cc olive oil
- Parsley, chopped, to taste
- Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
- Toppings:
- Powdered cheese, to taste
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and onion, and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato juice, water, beef consommé cube, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
