  • 180g spaghetti
  • 250g ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt, 2.5g (1% of the amount of meat)
  • 200cc salted tomato juice
  • 500cc water
  • 1 beef consommé cube
  • 100g onion, finely chopped
  • 20cc olive oil
  • Parsley, chopped, to taste
  • Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
  • Toppings:
    • Powdered cheese, to taste
    • Tabasco sauce, to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and onion, and sauté until translucent.
