- 2 chicken fillets
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 5 potatoes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Vegetable fat for frying
- Salt, chives, dill, and garlic for seasoning
- Ketchup for serving
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove excess moisture from the chicken fillets and cut as shown in the video. Season with salt, sweet paprika, and black pepper.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce and olive oil. Add the chicken fillets and ensure they are well coated. Let them marinate for 30 minutes.
