- Ingredients:
- 350g potatoes, peeled and grated
- 150g carrots, grated
- 20g green onions, finely chopped
- 1/5 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp wheat flour
- Oil for frying
- Directions:
- Prepare the Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes and carrots.
- Add the finely chopped green onions, black pepper, and salt to the bowl and mix well.
- Beat the eggs and add them to the potato mixture, ensuring everything is thoroughly combined.
- Sprinkle the cornstarch and wheat flour over the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly coated and the mixture holds together.
- Form the Potato Balls:
- Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used. If the mixture is too wet, you can add a little more flour or cornstarch to help it bind better.
