- 1/4 cup green olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 packet sazon seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until softened (about 5–7 minutes).
- Stir in the ground beef and cook until it’s browned and crumbly (approximately 7–10 minutes).
