  • 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup green olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 packet sazon seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until softened (about 5–7 minutes).
  3. Stir in the ground beef and cook until it’s browned and crumbly (approximately 7–10 minutes).
  4. Mix in the tomato sauce, olives, raisins, capers, cumin, sazon seasoning, sugar, and salt. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let the mixture simmer for 5–10 minutes.
