Ingredients:
- 1 Red Pepper, finely chopped
- 6 Spring Onions, finely chopped
- 1 Pinch of Parsley, finely chopped
- 2 Carrots, grated
- 2 Eggs
- 140g Yoghurt
- 100ml Milk
- 80g Curd Cheese, crumbled
- 420g Flour
- 10g Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt

- Prepare the Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the red pepper, spring onions, parsley, and carrots.
- Add the eggs, yoghurt, milk, and crumbled curd cheese. Mix until well combined.
