Ingredients:

  • 1 Red Pepper, finely chopped
  • 6 Spring Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 Pinch of Parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 Carrots, grated
  • 2 Eggs
  • 140g Yoghurt
  • 100ml Milk
  • 80g Curd Cheese, crumbled
  • 420g Flour
  • 10g Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions:

  • Prepare the Batter:
    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the red pepper, spring onions, parsley, and carrots.
    2. Add the eggs, yoghurt, milk, and crumbled curd cheese. Mix until well combined.
    3. Gradually sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until a thick batter forms.
  • Heat the Oil: 4. Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the Fritters: 5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
