Ingredients
- 1 package Red Velvet Oreos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 package green candy melts
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Place the Red Velvet Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed Oreos and pulse again until the mixture is well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for at least 30 minutes to set.
- While the Oreo balls are freezing, melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo ball into the green candy melts, coating them completely. Use a fork to lift the balls out and allow excess candy to drip off.
- Return the coated Oreo balls to the parchment paper. If desired, drizzle white chocolate over the balls for a decorative touch.
- Freeze the Oreo balls again for 10-15 minutes to set the candy coating.
