Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 package Red Velvet Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package green candy melts
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the Red Velvet Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed Oreos and pulse again until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. While the Oreo balls are freezing, melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip each Oreo ball into the green candy melts, coating them completely. Use a fork to lift the balls out and allow excess candy to drip off.
  7. Return the coated Oreo balls to the parchment paper. If desired, drizzle white chocolate over the balls for a decorative touch.
  8. Freeze the Oreo balls again for 10-15 minutes to set the candy coating.
