- 1 package (15.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons hot cocoa mix
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease four microwave-safe mugs.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared mugs, filling each about halfway.
- Top each mug with mini marshmallows, hot cocoa mix, and optional chocolate chips.
- Microwave each mug one at a time for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
