Loaded Steak Quesadillas
Sizzling Steak Quesadillas with Roasted Peppers and Melted Cheese
Ingredients:
- 4 Wheat tortillas
- 250 g Minced meat
- 1 Grilled red pepper
- 1 Grilled green pepper
- 1 tsp Sweet pepper
- 1/4 tsp Hot pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Chopped cilantro
- 100 g Grated cheese
Directions:
- In a frying pan, brown the onion in olive oil, then add the minced meat, salt, and spices. Stir until the meat is cooked. Let cool, then stir in the cilantro.
- Cut the roasted peppers into small cubes and mix them with the minced meat.
- Spread the minced meat mixture over one tortilla, sprinkle with grated cheese, then cover with a second tortilla and press down with your hands.
- Bake the tortillas in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes. Cut the quesadillas into quarters and serve them hot.
