- 240 ml water
- 10 g instant yeast
- 15 g granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 25 g butter (melted)
- 35 ml sunflower oil
- 500 g flour
- 8 g salt

Minced Meat Mixture:
- 25 ml olive oil
- 650 g minced meat
- 4.5 g salt
- 3 g red pepper powder
- 3 g onion powder
- 3 g cumin powder
- 125 g yellow onion (finely chopped)
- 35 g tomato paste
- 25 g sweet soy sauce
- 40 g chili sauce
- 125 ml water
- Cheddar cheese (sliced)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine lukewarm water, yeast, and sugar. Stir well. Add the beaten egg, melted butter, and sunflower oil. Mix thoroughly. Gradually add flour and salt. Knead for 10-12 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size. - Shape and Bake the Rolls:
Roll the dough into a rectangular shape and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place the pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds (optional).
