    • 6 chicken legs
    • Salt, to taste
    • Black pepper, to taste
    • Dried garlic, to taste
    • Paprika, to taste
    • Thyme, to taste
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 celery stick, chopped
    • 1 apple, chopped
    • Butter for frying
    • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
    • 100 g orange jam
    • 20 g butter
    • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tsp mustard
  • Directions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    2. Season chicken legs with salt, black pepper, dried garlic, paprika, and thyme.
    3. In a pan, melt butter and sauté onion, celery, and apple for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then mix in breadcrumbs. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
