Ingredients:

  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 500g jumbo shrimp
  • 2 medium carrots
  • Butter (to preference)
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs (thyme, marjoram, parsley)
  • Green beans (or any other vegetables of your choice)

 

Directions:

  1. Clean and devein the shrimp.
  2. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
  3. Cut the broccoli into florets.
  4. Peel and slice the carrots.
  5. In a large pan, melt some butter over medium heat.
  6. Add the shrimp to the pan and season with all-purpose seasoning and mixed herbs. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
  7. In the same pan, add more butter if needed and sauté the bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and green beans for about 5 minutes, or until they start to soften.
  8. Return the shrimp to the pan and stir everything together.
  9. Cover the pan and steam the mixture for 10 minutes on the lowest heat.
  10. Serve the shrimp and vegetables hot.
