Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 cup rice, rinsed
- 2 cups water
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 100g marinara sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Olive oil for cooking
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- Boil cauliflower florets with 1 teaspoon salt for 10-12 minutes until tender but firm.
- In a separate pot, cook the carrot for about 10 minutes, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add onions, and cook until translucent.
- Add bell peppers and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
