- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass of milk (approximately 240 ml)
- 200 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Cheese, grated (to taste)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for greasing
For the sauce:
- Parsley, chopped
- Plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Prepare the Base: Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). In a large bowl, mix the grated potatoes, chopped spring onions, bell pepper, and carrot.
