- 1 medium tortilla (8 inch/20 cm)
- ½ avocado
- 1-2 bacon strips
- 1 vine-ripened tomato
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Pickled jalapeños (to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
- Cook the bacon strips in a pan over medium heat until they are crispy. Once cooked, set them aside on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Slice the avocado and tomato into thin slices.
- Lay the tortilla flat on a plate or cutting board. Spread the sliced avocado evenly over the tortilla.
- Place the cooked bacon strips on top of the avocado.
- Add the sliced tomato on top of the bacon.
