Ingredients:

  • 2 young zucchinis
  • 100g rice
  • 200ml water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Your favorite spices, salt, and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying
