- 4-5 potatoes, sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- Dried garlic, to taste
- Olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sour cream
- Chives, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Jägerwurst (or sausage of your choice), sliced
- 100 g cheese, grated
- Parsley, chopped

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Place the sliced potatoes in a baking dish. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and slightly golden.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sour cream. Season with salt and add chopped chives.
