  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the sausage links. Cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  2. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
  4. Return the sausages to the skillet, tossing them in the glaze until fully coated.
