- 1 rectangular puff pastry sheet
- 80g (3 oz) cheese (grated or sliced)
- 100g (4 oz) cooked ham (sliced or chopped)
- Parsley (chopped)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg (to taste)
- Butter (for greasing)
