- 1 tsp black pepper

- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 potatoes, sliced
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter, small cubes
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 tbsp dill, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp French mustard

- Marinate the Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix soy sauce with olive oil and pour over chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes.
