  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce (25g)
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste (20g)
  • Seasonings: Paprika, black pepper, cumin

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. Toss them with vegetable oil and salt.
