- 800g puff pastry
- 100g tomato sauce
- 200g bacon, sliced
- 100g spring onions, chopped
- 100g hard cheese, grated
- Vegetable fat for greasing
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Fresh dill, chopped
- 3 teaspoons of yogurt
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease a 22 cm diameter baking mold with vegetable fat.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the puff pastry.
- Lay the bacon slices over the tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle the chopped spring onions and grated cheese evenly over the bacon.
- Starting from one edge, roll the puff pastry tightly into a log.
- Slice the roll into 2-3 cm thick pieces.
- Place the rolls cut side up in the prepared baking mold.
