  • 2 avocados
  • 4 eggs
  • 50g cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes
  2. Kcal: Approx. 300 kcal per serving | Servings: 4
  3. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  4. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Carefully scoop out some of the flesh to create more space, ensuring not to damage the skin.
  5. Mash the scooped avocado flesh in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites until frothy and fold into the mashed avocado.
