Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 200 grams of sliced mushrooms
  • 200 grams of shredded cheese (a mix of mozzarella and cheddar recommended)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 100 ml of milk
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt, ground pepper, Provençal herbs, and paprika to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, Provençal herbs, and paprika. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Cut into bite-sized pieces after cooling.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
