- 170 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth or warm water
- 170 ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
- A handful of parsley, chopped
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
