Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of salmon, skin removed
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 12 small tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 400g spinach
- 250 ml of cream
- 40g of cheese (Parmesan recommended)
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon dried spring onions
- Butter for frying
Directions:
- Prepare the Salmon:
- Season both sides of the salmon pieces generously with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Salmon:
- Heat a frying pan over high heat and add a knob of butter.
- Place the salmon in the pan and fry for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and just cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
- Cook the Vegetables:
- In the same pan, add a bit more butter if needed.
