- 2 medium carrots (about 200 grams)
- 1 small onion (about 85 grams)
- 250 grams potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1½ teaspoons mixed herbs (rosemary, oregano, thyme)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
