  • 500g broccoli
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 large tangerine, juiced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dry garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt, to taste

  1. Prepare the Broccoli: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the broccoli. Cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook Carrots and Tangerine Juice: In a large skillet, add the sliced carrots, lemon juice, tangerine juice, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well. Cover and cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, until the carrots are tender.
