Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • Dill and cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Vinegar, to taste

  1. Chop the cauliflower into small florets and steam or boil until tender. Allow to cool.
  2. Dice the cucumbers, tomatoes, and bell peppers.
  3. Finely chop the green onions, dill, cilantro, and garlic.
